Owner & Principal
Katie Osterday has spent more than 17 years building her career at the intersection of law and language. A University of North Florida graduate with a Bachelor’s in Political Science, Katie originally set her sights on law school — until a part-time role at Certified Court Reporters changed her trajectory entirely. She found in court reporting a profession that combined her passion for the legal system with a standard of precision she could be proud of.
In 2023, Katie purchased CCR and has led the firm through a period of significant growth, expanding from its Jacksonville roots to 18 offices across Florida. Under her leadership, CCR has maintained the close client relationships and same-day responsiveness that have defined the firm since 1990 — while building the statewide infrastructure that modern litigation demands.
Katie remains actively involved in day-to-day operations and is committed to ensuring every client receives the same level of care and professionalism that earned CCR its reputation over three decades ago.
